Silicon-Titanium Tank
Champs inner tanks are made of special steel containing certain amount of Titanium. The enamel lining is fused to the solid steel at a temperature of 900°C to form a smooth, glass-like surface that effectively protects the tank from erosion. Therefore, a long life span is assured.
Magnesium Anode
The huge magnesium rod works as a sacrificial anode to further protect the tank from erosion especially in case of water with an aggressive characteristic.
High-Efficiency Heating Element
Heating element made from Incoloy 800 stainless steel ensures high heating efficiency and long lasting operation. One plus advantage is that the element is able to heat in air without damage for at least 24 hours continuously, which increases the safety level in case of water cut out.
Over Temperature Protection
Power will be automatically cuts off by the thermal cut-out in the unlikely event that the desired preset temperature is exceeded.
